CAIRO – 23 February 2025: Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration Badr Abdelatty made Sunday a phone call to his newly-appointed Chadian counterpart Abdullah Saber Fadl Sunday to congratulate him.
The two sides conferred over ways of reinforcing economic relations, especially bolstering trade exchange and encouraging Egyptian investments in Chad. They also agreed on coordination on issues pertaining to the region's security and stability.
Egypt had condemned in January the terrorist attack that targeted the presidential palace, and killed 19.
