He described the revolution as a turning point in the history of the Egyptian state and expressed the will of the Egyptian people to uphold its national principles.

In a statement issued on Thursday, Al-Rahbi said "This revolution contributed to preserving the institutions of the state and safeguarding its resources, as well as consolidating the foundations of security and stability."

He expressed his pride in the major developmental achievements realized under the wide leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

Al-Rahbi continued "On this glorious national occasion, we proudly recall the deep historical ties between the Sultanate of Oman and the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the steady progress in bilateral relations across various fields."
