Egyptians celebrate third day of Eid Al-Adha in public gardens

CAIRO – 29 May 2026: Parks and gardens across Egypt witnessed a large influx of families celebrating the third day of Eid al-Adha on Friday.

Al-Azhar Park, in particular, welcomed large numbers of families enjoying the festive atmosphere, which featured games, balloons, picnics, and various entertainment activities.

The park’s pathways were crowded with families and children from the early morning hours, with many visitors taking commemorative photos amid the green spaces overlooking historic Cairo. Colorful balloons and small toys attracted children and added to the joyful ambiance.
