CAIRO - 17 August 2026: Minister of Foreign Affairs Badr Abdelatty met Monday with heads of Egyptian diplomatic missions abroad, newly appointed ambassadors, and senior ministry officials to discuss institutional development, economic priorities, and consular service upgrades.
Abdelatty emphasized the central role of diplomatic missions in executing state foreign policy.
He highlighted ongoing organizational restructuring and specialized training programs designed to enhance operational efficiency amid rapid regional and international challenges.
Addressing economic diplomacy, Abdelatty instructed missions to intensify efforts to attract foreign investment, open new export markets, and promote Egypt's investment climate.
