The Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC) has dispatched on Sunday morning its 202nd "Zad Al-Ezza… From Egypt to Gaza" (Provision of Dignity) convoy
CAIRO – 18 August 2026: The 259th humanitarian aid convoy “Zad Al-Ezza... From Egypt to Gaza” headed to the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, through the sub-gate of Rafah Border Crossing en route to Karam Abu Salem crossing, in preparation for the delivery of relief supplies to Palestinians in the enclave.
The convoy’s trucks are carrying large quantities of humanitarian and food assistance, including food parcels, flour, fresh bread, legumes, canned foods, medicines, personal care supplies, tents, clothing and fuel products.
The trucks are being inspected by Israeli authorities before being allowed into the Gaza Strip.
