Sudanese Army
The military announced it had fully entered the Umm Dam Haj Ahmed locality, while operations continue to secure the area and reclaim sites previously held by the paramilitary group.
The Sudanese army agreed on Wednesday to a new-24-hours truce that started at 6:00 pm, and ending at 6:00 pm tomorrow, Thursday.
The Sudanese army said some of its personnel were killed in an attack by militias and army groups belonging to the Ethiopian military in Al-Fashqa area on the border between the two countries.
