EBRD Annual Meeting and Business Forum
The minister drew attention to the difficulties facing many African and developing countries, including rising borrowing costs, increasing debt burdens, and limited access to concessional financing. He stressed the importance of enhancing the responsiveness of multilateral financial and development institutions to emerging challenges and called for deeper regional economic integration to promote sustainable growth and unlock new investment opportunities across Africa.
Minister Abdelatty is scheduled to participate in a number of high-level sessions and events on the sidelines of the meetings to discuss ways to enhance economic and development cooperation and support Egypt's development priorities.
