The agreement is aimed at upgrading the training and qualification on peacekeeping missions carried out through the United Nations and the African Union.
The Foreign Ministry of Foreign Affairs established the CCCPA in 1994 under the name of Cairo Regional Center for Dispute Resolution and Peacekeeping in Africa.
