Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly chaired a Monday government meeting at the cabinet headquarters in New Alamein to review state efforts and coordinate a comprehensive national framework for managing the growing stray dog population.
These efforts are being undertaken in fruitful cooperation with civil society organizations to ensure the application of scientific and humane strategies that achieve ecological balance, and also guarantee the safety of citizens.
