El-Sisi underscored Cairo's full support for all measures taken by the Jordanian leadership to safeguard the Kingdom's security, sovereignty, and people’s resources, the Presidency said in a statement.
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you, my brother, His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, on the successful surgical operation you underwent,” Sisi said in a social media post on Tuesday.
"This is the unified Arab position," the king said on Twitter after the meeting with Trump.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is heading to the Jordanian city of Aqaba to attend the three-way summit between Egypt, Jordan, and Palestine.
