Ambassador Artur Liukmanov
According to the Russian Embassy in Cairo, Artur Liukmanov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Egypt and, concurrently, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian Federation to the League of Arab States in Cairo.
