In a joint statement issued in their capacity as mediators, the three countries stressed the imperative for Israel to fully comply with all its obligations under the Gaza ceasefire agreement.

The foreign ministers of the eight countries condemned the ongoing Israeli violations, particularly the targeting of healthcare facilities and medical infrastructure, attacks on civilian infrastructure, and the continued loss of civilian lives, including women and children.
The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said the incident occurred about 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Kumzar, Oman.
The incident comes before Trump’s scheduled appearance at a fundraising event.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said the agreement, which covers only civilian nuclear activities, "will be approved, but is totally subject to Saudi Arabia joining the very respected and successful Abraham Accords."
"From this point forward, any time the Islamic Republic of Iran shoots at a ship in the Strait of Hormuz, whether it be by Missile, Rocket, Drone, or any other device or weapon, the United States will bomb and destroy ONE BRIDGE OR POWER PLANT, including those located next to, or in, the Capital City of Tehran," Trump said in a post on his Truth Social platform.
Each round of US strikes has been met with Iranian retaliation targeting American military facilities across the Gulf. One recent attack killed three US service members in Jordan, while another US soldier was killed in Iraq during the controlled demolition of an Iranian drone.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Electricity said the latest attack triggered a fire at some of the facility's installations, affecting a number of electricity generation units.
